2006 was marked for youth of "Tatenergo" holding by bright events in each sphere of life: production, social, cultural and sports.

Conference of youth public organization of "Tatenergo" holding

The milestone became the two-day conference of the youth of each structural division of energy holding. To date in Tatarstan energy holding work over 30% of youth of total staff. This is the whole army of entrepreneurial and gifted people, independent in defining the priorities.

On the first day the II conference of youth public organization of "Tatenergo" holding took place. The conference was attended by over 150 delegates from the power system.

General Director of JSC "Tatenergo" I.Sh. Fardiev opened the conference. He said that 80% of youth of companies of the power system are managers of mid level and they are responsible for reforming the power system. General Director emphasized that young power engineering specialists lead the most important dimensions of work, they can find the right and system solutions and called the young fellows not to stop and continue the work of youth committees in the single corporate direction.

At the conference were elected the new members of Central youth committee, Chairman of youth organization. Young leaders determined the goal and structure of the Youth organization of the Holding, by total voting approved the plan of actions of the youth organization for 2006, modified the Articles of Association and Regulations for Youth organization.

The Consultative Council was founded of the experienced and senior generation of the "Tatenergo" holding. They have to be in charge of the youth in various directions: participation of youth in production, organizational and social-legal issues, education and staff training, and charity activities, cultural and sports events, informational provision.

With congratulations the power engineering specialists addressed the Deputy Minister for youth, sports and tourism of Republic of Tatarstan Yusup Yakubov. He said that work of youth in the power system may be a good example for other organizations and entities of Republic of Tatarstan.

Natalia Ismagilova, Lilia Voldavina, Natalia Stepanova, Angelina Subhankulova, chairmen of youth committees of Zainsk Condensation Plant, Grid Company, Nizhnekamsk CHPP, Kazan CHPP-2 shared their expertise of work in the area of youth policy at their companies.

Also addressed the young power engineering specialists the adult trustees: R.Z.Gizzatullin, Director Zai Condensation Plant , H.Y.ahunzyanov, Chairman of trade union committee "Тatelektroprofsoyuz" and А.V. Artemiev, Chairman of trade union of NCh CHPP.

On second day all of the delegates including the mangers of the power system met in students’ camp of Kazan State Power Engineering University "Shelanga", where they socialized, tell about themselves, and share experience. The concert organized by children touched everyone - fantastic songs, dancing, smart competitions from Club of Smarts and Cute.

Children left the camp full of energy and new ideas, informal socializing contributes to new ideas.

Action "Safe Vacations"

Other significant event became the large - scale action fro schoolchildren "Safe Vacations", in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Zainsk, Almetievsk, Bugulma, Chistopol and neighboring regions. In auto town only above 2, 000 children gathered for a holiday. In Chistopol, children from Turkey, resting in local camp "Razdolie" took part in the event.

Long - waited summer vacations are the joyful time when children often remain left to themselves. Young power engineering specialists together with news center staff whom had prepared scenario and methodology, decided to take care of children so that their vacations would joyful and safe. Idea to hold anti-traumatism action found support from mangers of the power system and trade unions.

Schoolchildren are offered the puzzles on power engineering. Kids from kindergartens and 1 through 3 grade schoolchildren could participate in competition of painting on the road "Power engineering around us". Children painted poles with cables, plugged-in electrical devices, cogeneration plants. Someone painted power engineering industry as butterflies with lamps instead of wings, someone - the young power engineering specialists in bright orange and blue tee-shirts. The children with enthusiasm told about how light and heat come to house, who is responsible for it.

The climax of the holiday was the demonstration by the young power engineering specialists the method of resuscitating the simulator "Gosha" suffered from current shock. Chance to resuscitate the simulator "Gosha" was given to each young participant. Children helped each other. In Bugulma, e.g., children massaged the heart of "Gosha" according to "one, two, three …" of other children.

The holiday mood was promoted by bright concert numbers prepared by the young power engineering specialists especially for action "Safe Vacations".

Charity action "Let us help children - orphans!"

Young power engineering specialists together with students of Kazan State Power Engineering University conducted charity action "Let us help children -orphans!". The call was received by youth, other staff of the power system. Within several days the money were collected as well as clothing, toys, books and other. On the money the children bought clothes, foot ware for pupils of boarding schools and orphanages.

Contacts with public

Young leaders of the "Tatenergo" holding for many years have actively contacted the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism of RT, public organization of youth and industrial entities of RT. 2006 was not an exception - children attended the Republican seminar fro chairmen of youth committees, held in sanatorium "Bersut". Children were trained the rules of organization of structure of youth committees in the companies, motivation basics.

At the meeting "Our power in unity", organized by administration of N. Chelny and youth committee of NChCHPP, held in the camp "Rosinka", the young power engineering specialists could socialize with fellows from various companies of Republic, exchange experience in the area of youth policy.

However young power engineering specialists are not limited by Republic borders. Youth leaders of NChCHPP, NizCHPP, AEP, chairman of the Youth organization of "Tatenergo" holding attended the I conference of youth of public association "All - Russia Electro - Trade Union".

The 85 leaders of youth organizations attended the conference, that are included in 7 Federal districts. Program of conference was very interesting - on the first day the attendants from each federal district had to prepare the presentation posters, reflecting the life of the youth at their companies. Several hours children conducted doing interesting work - offered ideas, argued, discussed, painted, cut, glued. The main idea of Povolzhski FD was in unity of the young power engineering specialists in each district town - on the poster all of the towns are connected by the painted LEP. The motto of the team became the words offered by MK AEP - "Power engineering specialists - Hang Together!".

The next day representatives of federal districts delivered their reports. The children shared their experience, touched urgent problems of youth in regions. Of delegation of Tatarstan power engineering specialists the letters of thanks were granted to Natalia Vatanina and Alina Galkina. The work in groups also was interesting on issues related to activity of trade unions organizations and Youth Councils.

Republican competition of amateur talent groups

Young power engineering specialists of Tatarstan are the winners of Republican competition of amateur talent groups, organized by Federation of Trade Unions of Tatarstan, Republican industry committees, trade union committees of the companies, youth council of Federation of Trade Unions of Republic of Tatarstan. In total in competition were involved some four hundred of participants from 18 trade union organizations. Young staff of Holding "Tatenergo" also presented their numbers to judges.

Children surprised the attendants: Naila Muhametzyanova from JSC "Grid Company" by her nice voice, team of Nizhnekamsk CHPP - by fine vocals and choreography, Naberezhnye Chelny CHPP - by burning Tatar dance and French romance, "Energosbyt" - by gypsy dance and lyrical song, NCh ER КTS - by cute master of our concert program, Yeabuga CHPP - by skills and original dancing.

Basing on results of competition selection the young power engineering specialists got 3 prize places: 2 place in nomination "Pop Vocal" the jury granted to Dilyara Isaeva from Nizhnekamsk CHPP for the song "Hey, Seaman!", 2 place in nomination "Folk Song" - to the team of the same branch of Generation Company for the song "Hey, is not an evening so far", 3 place in nomination "Folk Choreography" - Diana Shakirova from Naberezhnye Chelny CHPP for Tatar folk dance. Young power engineering specialists presented the company at the event of Republican scale.

Competition for best youth organization

To the aim of detecting the best youth organization in the energy holding the Reskom "Elektroprofsoyuz of RT" held the competition "For the Best Youth Organization of Industry".

The competition involved ten youth organizations of companies of holding "Tatenergo" - Niz CHPP, NCh CHPP, Zai Condensation Plant , "Kazan Thermal Grid Company", BuEG, АEG, PEG, КEG, BEG, "Kamenergosroyprom, Ltd".

In accordance with Regulation for competition for evaluating the activity of the youth associations the competition commission was founded from staff of Reskom "Elektroprofsoyuz" of RT. Criteria for evaluation was the work of the youth organization in dimensions as social activity, research, recreation and sports-tourism. Results were summoned according to the sum of points for each dimension.

As a result the first place was granted to youth organization of NCh CHPP, second was shared by MO АEG and Niz CHPP, third - МО Condensation Plant and KEG. The winners were awarded Diplomas and money.

Bowling tournament

Youth is always attracted by everything new and sport is not an exception. Throughout several months the young power engineering specialists trained their skills in bowling at the city championship. Then the children decided to arrange their own championship. As a result of election tours among they entities of Kazan zone of Zakamie were detected 8 teams that met in finals.

The contest was strong. For results for the first three games the 4 teams wee in finals: Head Quarters of JSC "Tatenergo" ("Rondo"), Head Quarters of JSC "Generation Company" ("Mega Watt"), "PPTK, Ltd" ("Power engineering specialists Plus"), "Insurance Group ASKO, Ltd" - they managed to with the 1, 2, 3 places.

The game was for win - i.e. the team that scored minimum points had to leave the game. First came off the ASKO team- they won the 4 place. Honorable 3 place occupied the team "PPTK, Ltd" - "Power engineering specialists Plus". Guys displayed good results in the game. But in the finals when the game "could not start", probably, the guys were nervous.

True struggle was between the teams "Rondo" and "Mega Watt" for 1 and 2 places. The impossible happened - teams collected the same number of points! The winner must be one, and the judge decided to assign additional game: the team that was the first to beat the strike or score more points, would be the winner.

Children played smart but no- one managed to to ten-strike. As a result, the team of head quarters of JSC "Generation Company" won, ahead of the tea of the head quarters of JSC "Tatenergo" regarding points.

The teams were awarded the diplomas for participation, and the winners - by the brand sets of T-shirts and caps, made specially for 75-th anniversary of holding "Tatenergo".

The famous phrase "Participation matters not win" fits in these competitions. Even the teams that were not the first three, were in good temper and brave for the coming week.

Scientific and practical conference

"Youth is the engine of progress!" was the motto of scientific and practical conference in each division of energy Holding, dedicated to 75th anniversary of the power system of Tatarstan.

Start to debates young power engineering specialists of Regional dispatch head quarters of "Tatenergo". The baton was passed to youth of grid companies of the energy Holding. Later followed selection tours in JSC "Generation Company", head quarters of JSC "Tatenergo", JSC "Kazan Thermal Grid Company". Climax became the final youth scientific-practical conference, that defined the best projects of the young power engineering specialists for improving the power system operation.

Efficiency enhancing of energy production and reduction of fuel figures till the level of foreign companies are today the most urgent goals of power system of Tatarstan: both for resource conservation and competitiveness on the Russian market of energy. These very goals shall be solved by opinion of General Director of JSC "Tatenergo" Ilshat Fardiev, opening the scientific forum and familiarizing the young specialists with prospects of the Holding development.

Participants of the system scientific-practical conference presented for expert commission 25 developments in each activity of the Holding. Many of them are utilized in production and bring good in improving operation of the power system. Significance of their economical and reliable effect, innovation and universal features were extensively evaluated by mangers of the companies, divisions and services of the head quarters of the holdingа headed by Technical Director - Deputy General Director of JSC "Tatenergo" Ilgizar Gaifullin.

In opinion of chairman of expert commission, each report was made on urgent issues and with deep knowledge of subject. After extensive debates the experts managed to determine the best ones.

"Actions aimed at enhancing the technical-economical figures of power boiler ТGM-84Б", presented by senior machinist of boiler shop of Naberezhnye Chelny CHPP Ainur Garaev ranked first. Economical effect from the work utilized on 5 boilers of plant, is measured by 390 th. rubles and 235 tons of reference fuel a year.

The PhD thesis of the young dispatcher of TSDS Regional dispatch head quarters of "Tatenergo" Bulat Ahmerov for "Enhancing the efficiency of optimization regime of tension and reactive power of feeding network of Tatarstan power system" got two awards. In the energy holding it ranked second. Among the facilities and technologies presented at international exhibition of energy resource conservation the software designed by Bulat for calculation of settings of automatic adjuster of voltage of auto-transformer of feeding network of power system ranked third.

Third place was awarded to report "Software for enhancing accuracy and reliability of AIIS KUE data in application tasks" by engineers of "ТаtAISenergo" V.Makletsov and E.Zakamski.

The promotion prizes were awarded to works by the chief of adjusting and testing shop of NChCHPP Dmitri Tyuklin "Optimization of regime of loading the basis and auxiliary facilities", engineer of TSSRZA RDU "Tatenergo" Vitali Basarkin "Solution of tasks of anti-emergency management of large industrial power regions on base of modern digital technologies" and specialist of OIT of Head Quarters of JSC "Tatenergo" Regina Gizatulina "Application of information technologies in audits and their use in internal control system".

Expert commission appreciated the reports by labor economist of JSC "КТК" Bulat Sabirov "Conducting and Development of Strategies of JSC "КТК" and engineer of PTO of Head Quarters of JSC "Grid company" Anfisa Minibaeva "Problems of Electricty Quality". Head of PTO of Generation Company Yuri Galitski highly appreciated the innovative work by master of group of high voltage tests and measurements of NChCHPP Alexey Sterligov "Determining the Group of Connection of Windings of Three-Phase Transformers" as independent self-made development.

Each of the reports caused real interest and many questions brilliantly answered by reporters. This ability to present the gist of they work in short, to explain the idea, involve the mangers in solving the problem was appreciated by auditorium and experts.

Behind many works presented by the young specialists is the work of their senior trustees, as well as entire teams of power engineering specialists who realized the projects. Conference gave the youth chance to show themselves and be heard. The reports at the youth scientific-technical forums in the Holding will be collected in books that could be of use to next generation.

"You are they winners" - the phrase sounded in speeches of experts. Despite that each of them preferred works of their competence, they agreed in one: young generation is competent, goal-oriented, progressive. Satisfied with the next generation, and expressing appreciation of the youth organization fro realization of the "brilliant idea", namely, organization such conferences in the Holding, the senior power engineering specialists wished the young specialists luck and professional growth. No doubt that the wishes will realize.


Results of youth organization work in 2005


Youth Committee of JSC "Tatenergo" was founded in November 2003. It comprised the chairmen of the youth councils acting in each entity of the power system. The task was put towards the youth organization to enhance the role of youth in production and public life of JSC "Tatenergo" as significant reserve for development of the company in market economy. This stipulates the promotion of creative approach to professional activity of young staff of JSC "Tatenergo", creating conditions for practical implementation of target professional and social programs, support of youth initiative and promotion of their realization, enhancing the cultural, educational, material level and social status of the youth in the power engineering industry.

For the lapsed time period the youth associations of the power engineering specialists did a big job for optimization of the labor of young specialists. Basic tasks for 2005 were improving the accumulated experience in work with the youth, and looking fro the new directions in development of youth movement in the branches of the power system.

One of the dimensions of organization’s work was cooperation with Ministry of Youth and Sports of Republic of Tatarstan . Youth Committee of JSC "Tatenergo" joined the public organization "Youth of industrial entities of Kazan". The first meeting of the Committee 14 Tatarstan companies attended, including the industrial giants as KAPO named after Gorbunov, JSC "Kazanorgsintez", JSC "Melita", JSC "Tathimfarmpreparaty" and others.

Youth power system was presented by specialists of Privolzhskie electrical grids and Kazan cogeneration plant -2. In future the interests of the young power engineering specialists will be presented by the Chairman of the Youth Committee of PES Alexander Saparov. Together with accepting the new members to the organization, at the meeting the delegates for Republican youth conference were chosen. The action was organized by Ministry for Youth business of Republic of Tatarstan and took place on 19 July, 2005 on the rest base MTL "Volga Ltd" together with representatives of the youth organization of JSC "Tatenergo". After summoning the results of the work of Youth organizations of Tatarstan for 2005, the youth politics conducted by the Alliance of youth of Privolzhskie electrical grids, was named the one of the best.

The youth associations of Zakamie also worked very actively. So the youth organization of Naberezhnye Chelny cogeneration plant became a prize winner in competition for the best youth organization of Republic of Tatarstan , and the operation of the station in the area of youth politics was named the best in Naberezhnye Chelny. This year Nizhnekamsk cogeneration plant -1 became Laureate of All-Russia competition "Russian organization of high social efficiency" in the nomination "Work with Youth". The 842 Russian companies took part in competition, 29 of them presented the power engineering industry.

Other significant dimension in the work - enhancing the role of the youth in production. The innovatory movement is developing in the power system of Republic. For example, for the first six months of 2005 only at Nizhnekamsk cogeneration plant innovative applications were given by 78 young workers. Total number of presented innovative proposals is 169 (2.2 per an engineer). To date due to proposal of the young specialists at Nizhnekamsk cogeneration plant 48 innovative proposal have been realized. Young power engineering specialists of Naberezhnye Chelny cogeneration plant for presented 45 innovative proposals within the reporting year.

At the cogeneration plant the Council of young specialists has been founded. The goal is to attract the youth to solving the problems related to their technical growth and practical acquisition of technology of production for solving the specific production problems. Basic task of the Council of young specialists is formation of the young specialist as a person with high professional competences. Within the Council of young specialists the target creative groups were founded fro solving production problems. The work of Council of young specialists includes the holding of research-technical conferences, promotion of the young specialists to take part in innovative work, familiarizing of young specialists with traditions ands history of the staff.

Chairman of the Youth Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny cogeneration plant Irina Tretiakova pursued training of competence upgrading for managers of youth bodies. The courses name was "Working youth in system of State youth politics", organized by Department of State youth politics at Ministry of Education and Science of RF on base of Institute of International Social-Humanitarian relations of Moscow. The twenty representatives from different regions of RF participated : from Arhangelsk, Samara, Novosibirsk, Rostov, Astrahan, Penza, Moscow regions and Tatarstan. Within a week the young men were meeting with specialists of Department of youth politics, and with representatives of authority bodies. The lectures were delivered, the round tables hold, business games and trainings. The experience exchange between the regions of RF took place.

The youth alliances took active part in preparation and celebrating the 60-anniversary of the Victory in World War II. Youth power system took part in competitions and festivals devoted to Victory Day celebrations. For example, youth pop group of JSC "Tatenergo" head quarters took part in concert program for war veterans. Youth of Nizhnekamsk cogeneration plant -1 took part in the city competition of patriot song dedicated to 60- anniversary of the Victory. Vocal group made of the young station workers, was awarded 3 –degree Diploma. As part of the events, devoted to 60 – anniversary of the Victory 9 May, in the Park of the Victory in Naberezhnye Chelny the concert was held "Devoted to our veterans", organized by youth associations of the town. For participation in the holiday concert the youth of Naberezhnye Chelny cogeneration plant was awarded with Diploma. Young power engineering specialists visited the veterans at home as well.

Social and cultural actions were also the significant part of work of youth councils. One of the actions was a competition "Gentleman-Show" in Zainsk.

Games KVN (Club of the smart and jokers) takes special place in young power engineers life. On November 30, 2005 in Naberezhnye Chelny III City Festival of KVN teams was held among the working youth of the companies and organizations of the city. The team of Naberezhnye Chelny cogeneration plant "Turn on light!" each year takes part in festival and for the third time was awarded the Diploma. The Youth organization of JSC"Tatenergo" will participate in founding the KVN League among the working youth, which will be an incentive for development of KVN movement in the companies.

In the head quarters of JSC "Tatenergo" the youth pop group was created.

Youth associations work in the other organizations too. Power engineering specialists organize the business meetings and leisure actions also between the branches of JSC "Tatenergo". Thus, on the rest base "Turbine" of Naberezhnye Chelny cogeneration plant the youth organization of Naberezhnye Chelny cogeneration plant , Naberezhnye Chelny operation district of Kazan thermal grids , Zainsk Condensation Plant and Nizhnekamsk Hydro power plant organized celebration of the Youth Day.

Chairman of the youth organization of Naberezhnye Chelny cogeneration plant Irina Tretiakova says that apart from the holiday this is a summoning of results of the work of the organization . "The listing of achievements of the our station youth will occupy mush of a paper space," – she says. During the holiday the honor charters were awarded to activists in different nominations: "With friends I am happy" – to those who had founded the youth organization , "brave hearts", "Brain and soul of the team" – for commitment to traditions of the power engineering staff, initiative, "Temper as steel" – to the best sportsmen, "Energetic Masyana" – to the KVN team.

Supported by Kazan division of public organization "Youth of industrial entities of Republic of Tatarstan " together with big industrial companies of Kazan: JSC "Tatenergo", JSC "Kazan Helicopter Works", JSC "KMPO named after Gorbunov", "Kazankompressormash" the show- competition "Queen of dancing floor" was held in the recreation complex "Boomerang". In competition the girls up to 30 years old, the staff of these companies took part.

Competition included several stages. First, the girls had to present themselves and the company. JSC "Tatenergo" was represented by Lyaisan Sultanova, who recited the verses about power engineering industry and power engineering specialists. Second contest was a dancing one. Accompanied by fire Latin – American number of our participant the entire hall danced. In the creative competition "This town is the best town in the world" the girl of the power system came out in front of the spectators as queen Syuyumbike. The boys from youth pop group of JSC "Tatenergo" helped her. Touching and original numbers appealed to strict jury. Together with the award for the second place Lyaisan Sultanova received also special prize from the youth complex "Boomerang".

Apart from cultural events the youth alliances organize sports contests. For example, in village Usady of Vysokogorski region the ski and volleyball competitions were held. Young workers from the team of RES took part in Spartan competitions of the labor teams of "Tatelektroprofsoyuz".

Many sports events were contemporized to the day of the youth. Specifically, at Nizhnekamsk cogeneration plant were organized the volleyball championship and track-and-field relay among the youth teams. Together with administration and trade union in the companies the competitions of professional competence are held, the youth takes active part in them and wins prizes. Basing on results of the competitions the "best in profession" were named , which winners later could participate in Republican competitions. The example is the competition of professional competence of the complex teams of attending staff of thermal stations of JSC "Tatenergo", in which the 8 stations took place. "Best in profession" the young specialists of Naberezhnye Chelny cogeneration plant became.

Focus is made by young power engineering specialists on participation in actions. Tourists from Nizhnekamsk cogeneration plant took part in the second tourist rally of the working youth of Nizhnekamsk organizations. Competitions were conducted in several stages. As a result the referees gave to team of Nizhnekamsk cogeneration plant the third place.

Big role the young power engineering specialists pay to work with children. Over 100 children of Zainsk Condensation Plant were congratulated at home with the New Year. On the base of Nizhnekamsk cogeneration plant -1 the Youth Committee in the eve of the New Year organized the theatrical show fro children of station workers, and the young staff of Privolzhskie electrical grids organized the traditional holiday "Children Sabantui". Young families are actively attracted in conducting the sports family competitions. Such actiona wee held at Nizhnekamsk cogeneration plant -1, Naberezhnye Chelny cogeneration plant and others.

At the end of the year the results of competition "Best Youth Organization of Industry", sponsored by Republican Committee of trade union Tatelektroprofsoyuz. The major goal of the organizers was development of the youth trade union movement in energy industry and enhancing the role of the youth in production and public life in the entities and organizations of the power system. In summoning the results the social work of the youth organizations, promotion the scientific-technical competences of the young specialists , the sports activities were considered. As a result, the first place was taken by youth organization of Kazan cogeneration plant -1.

Being a social-cultural entity, the youth organization of JSC "Tatenergo" works over full involvement of youth in production process to the aim of enhancing the staff potential of entire power system of Tatarstan Republic. One of the key directions of this work is support of the youth initiative, aimed at improving the work of the power system, and rejuvenation of the staff of power company through promoting to managerial positions the young prospective specialists from inner reserve of the power system. In the last years the quality composition of the youth working in the power system up to 33 years old looks in per cents as: 70% - laborers, 20% - specialists , 9% - managers and their deputies, 1% - officers.

Youth organization of JSC "Tatenergo" promotes the more active detection of initiative, gifted, youth and their career. One of the priorities, standing before youth Committee, is to improve the living conditions of the young specialists . In view of this in 2006 big focus will be made on participation of the young families of JSC "Tatenergo" in the program of social mortgage. We hope that the formed procedure in the energy company of providing accommodation to those in need of improving the housing conditions would allow many young families to solve the notorious "apartment issue".

Basic goal of creating the organization was enhancing the role of the young people in production and social life of JSC "Tatenergo" and enhancing the material and social level of life of the power engineering young people.

Our youth organization was created for the purpose of development of creative approach to professional activity of the young workers of JSC "Tatenergo", creation the conditions for implementation of the target professional and social Programs, enhancing the level of culture of the young people.

Today such unions of the young people are at each company of the system of JSC "Tatenergo", their chairmen are in the youth committee of JSC "Tatenergo". The Youth committee numbers 30 people.

Major tasks of Youth organization of JSC "Tatenergo" for 2004 were:

• Detection, systematization, study of the social –living conditions of labor and life of young people. Taking actions for solving the social and living problems of the young people.
