Installing the system of vibro-monitoring on steam turbines
At JSC "Òatenergo" plants are installed the stationary computerized systems of control over vibro - diagnostics of turbines (ASKVD).
ASKVD is designed for non-stop control over vibration and temperature condition of bearing seats in stationary and transitional regimes of operation and has to prevent occurrence of emergency situations that may result in turbine destruction.
Next parameters are controlled:
- Vibration speed, linear shifting of turbine bearings and generator in vertical, cross and axial directions;
- bearing temperature;
- axial shifting of rotors;
- distortion of rotor;
- relative extension of rotors;
- frequency of rotor rotation;
- absolute extension of turbine casing.
System configuration is three - level.
First level is the level of sensors of controlled parameters, transducers, measuring units of second level - level of controllers of collection and processing the gathered data.
At the first and second levels the next tasks are solved: measuring the parameters, technological protection for aggregate switching of, technological signaling, indication of measured parameters, digital processing of signals coming from sensors, familiarizing the attendants with current information on technical condition of aggregate.
Third level is a level of the server (PC of industrial design) and work station (central console of the system). At this level next tasks are solved: review and analysis of archive data, retrospective diagnostics of vibration condition of aggregate.
In 2006 ASKVD was installed at 4 turbines (Zainsk Condensation Plant and Naberezhnye Chelny CHPP).
