Reconstruction of SS 110/10 kV "Osinovo" of Privolzhskie electrical grids
Existing substation of 110/10 kV is located in village Osinovo in Zelenodolsk region of Tatarstan.
At substation there were installed the two transformers of voltage 110/10 kV of capacity 16 ÌVÀ each.
At voltage 110 kV – typical scheme #110-4N - "two blocks with switches and non-automatic jumper on the side of the line". Switches VMÒ-110/630À for disconnection current 20 kÀ. At voltage 10 kV the scheme #10-1 was accepted - "single, sectioned by switch, system of buses". Switchgears 110 kV are of the open type with insulation of equipment of category "À".
Goal of reconstruction: óâåëè÷åíèå ncrease of electrical capacity from 12, 500 kW to 29,150 kW.
List of works for reconstruction in 2005 (first stage). At the first stage of reconstruction were done:
- construction of close switchgear ZRU -10 kV at SS "Osinovo " joint with OPU with installing the cells K-63 in amount of 32 units;
- reconstruction of RZA device with replacement of protections with microprocessor ones;
- reconstruction of building part of SS with reconstruction of oil-catching devices;
- reinforced concrete fencing of substation territory.
List of works for reconstruction in 2006 (second stage). At the second stage of reconstruction it will be necessary to:
- make reconstruction of oil pans with reconstruction of foundations under transformers;
- replace power transformers with ÒÌN-16000/110 at ÒRDN-25000/100 with splitting coil;
- install additional input cells 10 kV in ZRU and transfer to scheme #10-2 (two single, sectioned with switches of system buses);
- make dismantling of KRUN-10 kV.
List of works for reconstruction in 2007 (third stage). At the third stage of reconstruction it will be necessary to:
- make reconstruction of open switchgear ÎRU-110 kV with anti-oil breakers VÌÒ-110 with tank sulfur hexafluoride switches produced by JSC "UETM";
- make reconstruction of approaches HL-110 kV with replacement of unsoldered support with US-110-8.
Results to be reached: increase of passing capacity, reduction of operation expenses, increase of dependability, reduction of damage, improvement of environmental conditions, increase of inter-repair period, reduction of currents KZ on buses 10 kV.
Economical effect from reconstruction will be 13,370 rubles.
In 2005 were replaced 32 cells 10 kV with the cells with vacuum switches. In 2006 were installed 2 transformers of capacity 25,000 kVa, 16 cells of 10 kV, over-voltage limiters of 110 kV, transformers of own needs, arc- extinguishing coils.
Reconstruction is under way.
