Heat pipeline - bridge between Kaz CHPP -1 and boiler house "Azino"

To the aim of further development of scheme of heat supply to Kazan the project was realized of construction the heat pipeline- bridge between Kazan CHPP-1 and boiler house "Azino".

This heat pipeline would provide the ringing of Cogeneration Plant -1 with boiler house "Azino", this would enhance the reliable heat supply to consumers, provide the cheap heat to consumers in the area of heat pipeline passing and to consumers in the new districts under construction.

The heat line goes through three administrative districts of Kazan. Length is 7 km with height drop 65 m. Project stipulated together with construction of the new heat line, the reconstruction of existing pumping pump station PNS- 1 and construction of PNS-2.

In 2005, the 5.5km of heat pipeline were laid - the bridge from PNS on Vishnevski street till boiler house "Azino" 2Ø630 mm of pre-insulated foam polyurethane pipes and system of operative-remote control. Was commissioned the section of heat pipeline from boiler house "Azino" till cutting-in assembly #4 of 3.28km length. For 1000 - anniversary of Kazan the heat carrier was sent to international Horse racing-Sports Complex from this heat pipeline.

Stages of construction:
2004- the site 2Ø700mm of length 1.4km was built;
2005 - the site from boiler house "Azino " till Vishnevski street was completed, the lightning of one PNS started and the other PNS was started building;
2006 - completion of construction of PNS, bridge across the railroad and commissioning of the entire complex.

In 2006 - completion of construction of heat pipeline- bridge across with two pumping pump stations
