The complex management over the subsidiaries and the dependent JSC "Tatenergo" companies is effected through further centralization of the functions of corporate management. The institute of JSC "Tatenergo" representatives in the bodies of administration and control over the subsidiaries, is the mechanism of this interrelationship, as well as the corporate monitoring of activities of the subsidiaries.
